Research has once again shown a link exists between poor hydration and difficulty maintaining an ideal weight. People who aren’t hydrated enough have been found to have a higher body mass index (BMI) than those who are. See Weight Loss and Water.
I have previously written about the benefits of your being properly hydrated, including the fact that 20 percent of our hydration should come from the foods we eat. Refresh your memory regarding not only the physical gift of water, but also the therapeutic—emotional, mental, and spiritual—effect water offers.
Water is often associated with emotions.
