If you are interested in  what to eat if you want to live to be 100,  you may want to read the The Blue Zones Solution, in which New York Times best-selling author Dan Buettner reveals the eating and living habits of the world’s longest-lived people.

Most of us are already familiar with many of the findings. A couple of easy points in the article you might appreciate include Buettner’s suggestion to only eat until you are 80% full, and to cook most of your meals at home and eat with friends and family as much as possible.

This week, regardless of your current age, make your own blue zone. Let your lifestyle provide you with the best opportunities to be healthy, happy, and to live a long life.
