She and her husband were looking for a new home. She had worked as a real estate agent previously so she knew how to access all the listings in the area. She knew that not one single home fit their criteria.
Suddenly, she remembered having sold a couple a home that would be ideal. Of course, it was not listed.
She drove by to show her husband.
The owners were so glad to see her.
She explained that she had just come by to show it to her husband because she had always loved the house.
While chatting, she discovered her father and the father of the homeowner (the wife) had exactly the same first and last name!
The owners had just retired the prior week and were planning to list the house.
