OK, grab your partner and dance your way to a healthier heart! In a recent report in Time, a group of older Latinos who began salsa dancing improved their health more than those who didn’t exercise.

The most important thing is to make your regular exercise something you enjoy doing. For one thing, you are more likely to do it. For another, enjoyment is also a boost to your health and well-being.

This week, find ways you can enjoy getting a good aerobic workout. If you, like me, find a salsa class too much of a stretch, or you prefer dancing alone in the privacy of your own home, do an internet search for free dance classes. I found some pretty amazing moves out there!
