Can there really be a wrong or right way to shower? According to dermatologists, the right answer is definitely. (See How To Take A Shower.)
● Don’t shower too often.
● Use cooler water. Hot water dries out our skin.
● Start at the top. (Women, shave your legs last.)
● Concentrate on the areas that need it, but don’t soap down every where. (See Safe Soap.)
● Pat dry, don’t rub.
This week, be conscientious of balance in all areas of your life. If you are not sweaty, maybe skip that shower. If you need a shower in the morning and one after your workout in the afternoon, make them short. We are able to make choices that take good care of us.
