Often we can find multiple beneficial uses for common household products. That is certainly the case with hydrogen peroxide!
Most any drugstore, grocery store, or variety store will have 3% hydrogen peroxide on the shelf. You may already know about its use for wound treatment. According to 25 Amazing Benefits & Uses For Hydrogen Peroxide, even gangrene that would not heal with any medicine has been healed by soaking in hydrogen peroxide.
For a great detoxification bath, just add two quarts to a hot tub and soak for about half an hour.
It makes a fantastic general spot remover. I can testify that it will clean even dried-on blood!
Some say spraying your feet with a 50/50 mix (peroxide to water) will clear up or prevent foot fungus.
For many people, nothing works as well for providing immediate relief from an ear ache. Note—this does not eliminate pain from inflammation, but is said to be effective if the ear ache is caused by an infection. It may speed the recovery time by taking the burden off your immune system. I found the following instructions online:
Fill the cap of the hydrogen peroxide bottle with peroxide and use a medicine dropper to extract it. Make yourself comfortable, and turn your head sideways before squirting the peroxide deep into the ear. Attempt to rotate the ear and head around until you hear a fizzing noise. Stay in that position until the fizzing stops, which is usually around five minutes. The bubbling peroxide can tickle at times. You may wish to do this twice if you are still experiencing pain after the first attempt. It is always advised to do this for both ears. Even when the other ear is not producing pain, it is still likely to be infected.
(Additional note: Some people experience great results with garlic infused olive oil, which is reportedly particularly effective when ear aches are caused by inflammation, instead of bacteria.)
