Although experts don’t yet agree on how much fat we should be consuming, most agree all fats are not created equal. We do well eating a high ratio of unsaturated to saturated fats, with sources of unsaturated fats including olive and canola oils, nuts, seeds, and avocados.
Those words were not what caught my eye in the article Eat All the Fat You Want. What really grabbed my attention was the phrase a pattern of eating.
We can eat to live or live to eat. We can eat unconsciously or mindfully. We can eat fresh and raw or fast food.
The greatest degree of health results from our making a choice about our pattern of eating.
This week, become aware of how your pattern of eating impacts the way you think and feel and live. Every choice we make affects not only our future, but the future of the world at large.
