Overcoming Worry

Worry is like rocking in a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it doesn’t get you anywhere. One of the best actions for overcoming the worry habit is to read something inspirational just before falling asleep at night, or listen to something soothing. Choose classical music or an audio like my recording of Everlasting Peace. You will spend the night with good brain chemistry flowing, and wake up in a better-feeling state.
