She was with her husband and a friend when it popped into awareness that this might be the anniversary of her dad’s transition. She went to look up his obituary.
At the exact moment she was telling them that May 7 is the date, a text message from her sister popped in: “Do you remember 30 years ago today?”
The two of them had been on the scene as the medic’s tried to resuscitate their dad on May 7, 1992…. 30 years to the day.
