When I was a kid, every time I straightened my arm out completely, my elbow popped. I made a bit of a game out of it. I’ve also been a knuckle-popper forever.
Fortunately, doctors agree there no link between joint sounds and arthritis, and cracking your joints does not make them swell up or become arthritic.
