Much of the time, people do not notice what (or how) we were thinking to create a given emotion. We may be thinking in pictures we are not seeing, sounds we are not hearing, and sensations we are not feeling—at least not consciously.
Taking time to practice pure awareness meditation is good for your mental health, and your physical health as well.
