We all know exercise is important. Sedimentary lifestyles are known to cause or aggravate myriad health challenges.
But what if you are one of those who would rather visit the proctologist than go to the gym?
In case you did not know, proctology is a branch of medicine dealing with the structure and diseases of the anus, rectum, and sigmoid colon.
Interestingly, regular, moderate, physical exercise is one of the factors for colorectal health.
