It is amazing that people forget war does not stop war. Hatred does not stop hatred either, nor does fear stop fear.
As Aaron says, come to understand, “This is how it is: sometimes there’s kindness; sometimes there’s harshness; sometimes there’s beauty and sometimes there’s tremendous anguish; and sometimes they come together; this is how it is. I did not do anything bad to deserve this; this is just how it is right now.”
From this deeper understanding of life, action is inspired—not from a position of fear and not from a self-centered stance.
