Sore throats can be pretty common. Fortunately, you can heal your sore throat naturally with Chinese reflexology. Two distinct points are indicated for sore throat relief.
The first is Throat point at the tip of the webbing between your big toe and the second toe. Here is an image provided by Holly Tse:
Use a twisting pressure of the knuckle of your index finger, with just enough pressure to feel it, but not enough to damage the soft tissue. Think of the pressure as a “hurts good.” Do this for about 60 seconds.
The second is really two points rubbed together: Tonsil/Throat point, located side by side on top of the big toe, just below the toe knuckle.
Use the knuckles of your index and middle finger by making a soft fist and twisting your fist back and forth.
To get a jump on relief, do both sets for approximately one minute every hour for about 4 to 6 hours. You should start to feel some relief as this combination of the Throat point and the Tonsil/Throat point clears the lymph nodes and boosts your immune system.

This week, be intentional to integrate natural healing methods in your life, perhaps by sharing this helpful information with others who might benefit or know someone who will.
