Your laughing can lower your blood pressure, improve your cardiac health, reduce your stress hormone levels, and improve your immune system. Belly laughter is a great ab workout, too. (See Get Your Giggle On)
You can put the words “Babies Laughing” into an internet search and come up with immediate help getting your own giggle on. “Babies Ripping Paper” is one of my favorite searches. It has over 86 million views. “Babies Laughing Hysterically at Dogs Compilation” is sure to get you going, too.
Why giggle?
