As people age, the tendency is to become less active. Studies show many 40-60 years old do not even get a brisk 10-minute walk per week.

Premature deaths are linked to inactivity.

A 15% reduction in risk of early death was shown to result from at least one brisk 10-min walk per day!

Consider walking to the store instead of driving. Enjoy a brisk 10-minute walk on your lunch break each day. Get off the bus at an earlier stop.

This week, get moving. You will enjoy the benefits of a daily brisk walk now and long into your healthier future.
