Debra’s Wellness Tips

Surviving the conditions around the world related to COVID-19 calls for our adopting a fast learning curve. In two short weeks, the guidelines have moved rapidly. We were first told to wash our hands and to not touch our faces. Then we were to touch elbows rather than shake hands.

In two L-O-N-G weeks, we have gone from a suggested cancelling of large events like concerts and conferences, to suspending all non-essential activities. This includes the closing of all schools and churches, and all non-essential businesses.

The current data from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) reports the stability of the COVID-19 virus as:
COVID-19 Stability:
3 hours in air
4 hours on copper surfaces
24 hours on cardboard
2-3 days on plastic and stainless steel

Louie is an upstate New Yorker wintering in Florida. Louie shared his way of approaching the situation: “Just think about it like you have the virus. If you think you are the one who is carrying the virus, you will do what’s right for everyone.”

This week, do what’s right for everyone. And, for the rest of our lives—for the sake of all of our human family—for the sake of the planet itself, lets all do our best to practice Louie’s Living Loving.

P.S. Share this information! Make Louie’s Living Loving go viral.
