No one is quite sure how the first day of April came to be known as April Fools’ day—but tomorrow is a day ripe with the opportunity for justified jokes and purposeful practical pranks.
It is interesting how every experience provides you with multiple options for emotions to arise. Do we respond with humor? Adventure? Anger? Indignation?
At least once or twice, I have done it all!

The important point about our emotional reactions is to be mindful that what is happening is OUR reaction. Our moods change. Our emotions arise from circumstances. We can be mindful of our reactions to circumstances.
This week, notice if you were taking yourself too seriously. While not every day can be April Fool’s day, every day is a good day for you to enjoy having a great sense of humor.
