Recently, I read this comment: As I do, I become. Every action that I perform is recorded in me.

Even though most of us have an intellectual understanding of this, it might be advantageous to look at some ways to help our bodies release the toxic residue of our past actions.

Many simple ways to detox are available to us all – many at low cost and some at no cost. For example, just avoid sugar and processed foods, stretch and take deep breaths, and sip the right teas daily.

This week, pay attention to your actions. Health is not only about what we eat, how we breath, what we do, but also what we think and believe. Let’s get healthy from the inside out, too, if you know what I mean…
