Sacred Stories
The cardiologist her husband had seen while in the hospital was moving to a different practice in another city. She had been trying to get her husband established with this doctor.
She had called previously, but they were not able yet to make an appointment.
She just had the urge this morning so she called the number she had been given a couple of weeks prior.
“We just got a message today that we can begin scheduling for him,” came the reply.
They made an appointment….
“I did not catch your name,” she said as she thanked the receptionist who had just made the appointment.
“My name is Iris,” she replied.
“Iris is such a beautiful name and it has special meaning to me,” she told the woman.
