Many people feel an afternoon slump. If you find that you could benefit by an afternoon pick-me up, try this simple tip:
Add 5-7 drops of Rosemary and Lemon oil to a diffuser.
Rosemary can also be added to coconut oil for an energizing hand lotion.
Rub the length of each finger, massage and twist.
