Warmth

“So when you’re cold
From the inside out
And don’t know what to do,
Remember love and friendship,
And warmth will come to you.”

Stephen Cosgrove said that in Gnome from Nome, and he was right. Just as physical cold causes contraction, so does emotional cold. When you are feeling love and warmth emotionally, your muscles are more likely relaxed. We really are body, mind, and spirit.
