Science finds that gratitude is good for your health –

Some say you will live longer, others say you will sleep better. Your blood pressure will be lower and you will evaluate your life as better over all. The benefits of thankfulness are well recognized.

The secret is not to need to be thankful FOR all things, but to be thankful IN all things. As someone is healing, we can be thankful for the good care he or she is receiving. At times of weather crisis we can be thankful for the way the earth (and its inhabitants) recovers.

This week, notice the many ways it is easy to be thankful. Today I am thankful for YOU for taking time to read this wellness tip.
