Let It Go

I profoundly value the poetry of Mary Oliver: “You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.”

If you have regret over something you did or did not do, let it go. To carry regret with you is to deny the soft animal of your body loving what it loves now.

You may benefit by working with finger signals or clearing emotions from your body. That can be such a huge gift. Let me know how I can help: email debra@scs-matters.com, phone or text (269) 921-2217.
