Healthy Choices

Each year about this time, here in North America, we begin to get exposed to sugary treats as part of our holiday schedule. It starts with Halloween, then accelerates to Thanksgiving, ramps on to Christmas, and flies onward to Valentine’s Day and Easter. Each of these man-made holidays has junk-food anchored into its celebration.
