Larry was an electrical engineer and manager for over 30 years. He had a
diverse career as a Plant Engineer, Consulting Engineer, Applications
Engineer, Electronics Engineer and Engineering Manager. He was inventor
or co-inventor on 6 U.S. Patents. In 2008 he discovered a new life purpose
and passion. He is now a leadership and life coach and the owner of
Never Doubt Coaching.
As a leadership coach he works with individuals and organizations to
develop more effective managers and leaders. He provides on-site training
programs as well as individual, executive and group coaching.
As a life coach, he helps people who feel stuck in their career,
relationships, emotional or spiritual lives to free themselves from
the beliefs that are keeping them stuck. Their issues typically involve
job dissatisfaction, burnout, time management challenges, procrastination,
phobias, or career decisions. Sometimes they are seeking clarity about
their life purpose.
His strength is in helping clients find practical solutions to
real-world problems. He partners with the client to develop a
strategy and a plan of action. He is a caring, objective thought
partner; a sounding board providing fresh or different ways of
looking at a situation. He delivers feedback, observations,
insights, ideas and opinions.
Larry says, I like to work with professionals who are fed up with
the lack of meaning in their lives and are ready to take control of
their lives and careers so that they can live a more purposeful life.
You know, some professionals find themselves in mid-career wondering
how they got to where they are. Feeling like they are stuck in a job
that they did not selectit just kind of happened. And they dont
know how to get out of it. I help my clients clarify their values
and goals and find their purpose. Then we work together on a plan
for them to fulfill their purpose.
Larry lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with his wife, Kay. They have
one grown daughter.
